    Outstanding clean,iness, friendly staff, excellent bed and 1000 point sheets, I would definiteky stay there again

    Why, oh why do they have to spoil by charging for the Internet. It seems almost petty to mention it, but perhaps even more petty to charge for it. I hope they get it sorted for my next stay.

    We loved exploring the very nice marine life at Vaitea Lagoon Sanctuary. The hotel's location was perfect for our city break. Their service was great. Don't miss their rooftop bar for great views and awesome drinks. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options.

    One downside was the dining experience. The restaurant we visited didn't live up to its reputation. The food was underwhelming, and we expected better from such a high-end hotel.

    excellent, fantastic location really close to siddhivinayak temple as well as major touristic attractions. superb breakfast for the start of the day with western food and yoghurts and pastries.

    The staff were accommodating , especially

    The front desk team who went out of their way to assist us with our requests. The only downside was that the spa was fully booked , so we missed out on that experience.

    excellent staff , extremely friendly , very good food and well appointed rooms . Nice pool area and top notch Spa facilities . All very clean . Top deck bar is fabulous .

    Very expensive for India due to extra service charges and service taxes on virtually all prices quoted in hotel and restaurant .

    Its location is excellent & fantastic, short walk to the coffee shop, Siddhivinayak Temple, Mahalaxmi, and Worli Fort and mumbai half way between attractions. South Mumbai district is absolutely worth visiting.

    Staff was friendly.

    Management was slow to respond in some cases too late - they need to recognize guests and get back to solve issues/problems asap not at teh time of check out!
